We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our products’ vision forward, deliver outcomes, and evolve our product management process. As a go-to source of information spanning from product features and behavior to the entire industry for all teams, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and product business success.


You’ll be joining our Product department, working closely with Development, Product Design, QA, Engineering, Product Marketing, Data Analysts … You’ll report directly to and partner with our Head of Product to define strategic goals to support the product strategy based on business intelligence from customers and competitors.




YOU WILL


Own the product and be responsible for making sure everyone is working toward a shared vision for product success. You define the strategic direction of our products by gathering information from all stakeholders, but also ensure that both your vision and strategy are continuously communicated. Your role should drive integration and alignment between all Mediatoolkit teams - by communicating product value, priorities, updates, releases, and development status to cross-team stakeholders. 


Partner with other departments and teams, and act as a voice-of-the-market and customer advocate  - you’ll be the central hub of communication and workflow between Product, Engineering, and extended teams (Marketing and Revenue), and ensure seamless communication, realistic expectation management, and scope control.  You’ll work closely with Product Marketing on things like positioning, pricing strategies, feature release process, with Data Analysts on tracking customer usage, satisfaction, and adoption metrics, with Product Design on user research, UX design, and with Sales and Customer Success on customer intelligence, competitive research, etc. 


Own the product development lifecycle by creating and owning product roadmaps - our ideal candidate values outcomes over outputs, and understands tradeoffs between building the right thing vs. building the thing right. Your focus should be on accelerating value delivery for customers, keeping in mind technology, architecture, refactoring, and quality principles. You’ll control feature request processes, manage backlog, prioritize features and changes based on data - through things like discovery workshops, usability studies, and customer interviews, as well as information gathered through Sales and Customer Success. 




OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS


  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B software
  • An interest in becoming an industry expert in media monitoring and social listening :)
  • Thorough understanding of software product lifecycle stages and metrics
  • Proven experience and understanding of Agile methodologies 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills 
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Prioritization and scope management skills 
  • Customer orientation and business acumen
  • Data fluency and an insights-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in English
