Now, we are looking for a Sales and Customer Success leader to drive our revenue growth, and scale our revenue teams and processes.
After crossing €2 million ARR, we decided it was time to hire Head of Revenue, to help align two revenue teams and create full-funnel accountability in Sales and Customer Success. For this role, we want the perfect balance of big-picture and analytical thinking - someone who will hold a birds-eye view of revenue activities and easily identify new revenue streams, either channels or markets. Even more so, we want a great people manager, someone who will bring in new and grow existing talent, able to manage both Team Lead and IC roles.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As Head of Revenue at Mediatoolkit, you’ll have an instrumental role in creating and developing the growth strategy for our revenue streams by growing financial results and driving profitability, as well as ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll work closely with the rest of our leadership team in creating plans to find and capture new and expansion revenue opportunities, as well as optimizing and streamlining our revenue generation process.
