Now, we are looking for a Sales and Customer Success leader to drive our revenue growth, and scale our revenue teams and processes. 

After crossing €2 million ARR, we decided it was time to hire Head of Revenue, to help align two revenue teams and create full-funnel accountability in Sales and Customer Success. For this role, we want the perfect balance of big-picture and analytical thinking - someone who will hold a birds-eye view of revenue activities and easily identify new revenue streams, either channels or markets. Even more so, we want a great people manager, someone who will bring in new and grow existing talent, able to manage both Team Lead and IC roles. 


As Head of Revenue at Mediatoolkit, you’ll have an instrumental role in creating and developing the growth strategy for our revenue streams by growing financial results and driving profitability, as well as ensuring an exceptional customer experience. 

You’ll work closely with the rest of our leadership team in creating plans to find and capture new and expansion revenue opportunities, as well as optimizing and streamlining our revenue generation process. 

You’ll be in charge of:  

  • Revenue strategy & execution - as both a sales and customer success leader, you’ll be accountable for our revenue pipeline and overseeing the entire customer lifecycle (from the moment they enter our sales funnel to every renewal). That means pipeline development, meeting conversion rates, forecasting, the works.
  • Driving integration and alignment between Revenue teams - you’ll ensure smooth deal transfers between Sales and Customer Success, and help create a feedback loop between all departments when it comes to leads and customers.  
  • Building & scaling results-driven teams - you’ll anticipate hiring needs for both departments and work with our People team to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.  
  • People development - giving regular feedback, growing individuals and teams, recognizing strengths and growth areas, coaching, and mentoring. 
  • Partnering with other departments and teams - you’ll serve as the voice of the customer internally to our Product team, and collaborate closely with Product and Marketing on things like defining and refining our pricing strategies, to achieve revenue goals.


You'll need to successfully navigate existing channels, as well as create and grow new ones. That translates into a few key requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving and implementing revenue growth strategies
  • At least 5 years experience in sales, preferably in B2B software 
  • A proven track record in leading and scaling sales and/or customer success teams in a high-growth company - that met or exceeded their revenue targets :) 
  • Proficiency in English

You lead people… and we cannot stress this enough - this is a people management position, in both sales and customer success. :) 

...and you lead with data - you’ll utilize data to inform your decisions, either to create forecasts or plan team growth based on business targets.


  • Experience working in a SaaS company or a strong understanding of recurring revenue business models 
  • Familiarity with media monitoring
  • Experience with PR & Communications industry

  • A fixed gross salary of 24.000,00 - 40.000,00 kuna + no-cap variable pay tied to revenue growth
  • This is a Zagreb-based position, so relocation is a must. Mediatoolkit will support it fully with a relocation budget and a company apartment free of charge for the first six months
