Currently, we’re expanding our Sales team with new members to join us with the goal of doubling our revenue from 2 to €4 million!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We wish to expand our Sales team with an Account Executive (m/f). The ideal person in this position is proactive, focused on achieving goals, communicates well, and enjoys solving problems with potential customers through our product.
This means that skills such as active listening, analytical thinking, and research are something you will use and hone at all times. Every potential client is different, so a certain dose of creativity is desirable for this position. Our headquarters are in Zagreb, but our customers come from more than 100 countries around the world. Therefore, our sales process consists of remote sales and most of the communication with customers takes place in English.
EXTRA POINTS ARE AWARDED FOR
The team you will join is in charge of bringing new clients through sales by presenting Mediatoolkit’s product benefits tailored to the needs of potential clients. This means that through active listening and asking the right questions, your task is to find out why and how a potential client could and should use Mediatoolkit, or what need our tool can solve.
This position requires continuous education - about industry, market, competitive products and companies, but primarily about the product itself - you will very quickly become an expert in all of the above. Each member of our Account Executive team is a trusted consultant to each potential client, as well as his liaison with other departments in Mediatoolkit, so he has the opportunity to directly influence the further development of products and companies, but also the Sales team and processes.
